Our deliveries are within Australia only, and our delivery rates are based on Australia Post parcel rates. If Australia Post can deliver it, we can send it.<\/p>\n
We will endeavour to have your Order despatched within 1 \u2013 2 working days, and deliveries around the S.E. Queensland region could be made by Australia Post, or by Courier, or by us.<\/p>\n

– The Buyer is responsible for return transport or postage arrangements and costs.<\/p>\n
– Items received in a damaged or faulty condition, can be returned to us for our assessment for potential exchange or refund.<\/p>\n
– Surplus or exchange items: Returns for refund or exchange would have to be sent to us within 30 days from date of Purchase. Goods would have to be referenced to your Purchase Invoice #, and are to be received by us in their original new condition.<\/p>\n
A 15% restocking fee would be deducted from the refund.<\/p>\n
No exchange or refund requests will be accepted after 30 days.<\/p>\n

a) As you are installing a pressurised watering system down in the dirt, some components will have to be occasionally repaired or replaced, so you could hold on to your surplus items as \u2018spares\u2019.<\/p>\n
